Jon's grandma passed away last night. We are going to miss her so much. She was such an example to everyone around her. I loved spending time with her and Grandpa. We were very blessed to have her at our sealing to JT and to see her just a few months ago when we went up for Kristy's funeral. She was always so supportive of anything we decided to do. Her and grandpas marriage is something that I would love to have. They love each other so much. I can only imagine what Grandpa is going through. He has lost his sweetheart. Thank goodness for the gospel and our knowledge of life after this. It makes things a little bit easier. She had been sick for the past few months and in and out of the hospital and they could never pinpoint what the problem was. It is hard seeing someone who is very healthy go downhill in just a few months. We got an email from his dad last night that they found infection in her stomach and it would be too hard on her to operate so they made the decision to take her off life support. I have had a lot of people in my life die. I am pretty much used to everything associated with a death. Jon's little brother died 6 years ago and that about killed him. This is his first grandparent to go. He has had a hard time, but we are going to be ok. It helps that the next week is going to be insane for us. Just take a look at our schedule.
Friday: My cousin is getting baptized
Saturday: Beau and Stef's wedding, Luncheon, and reception...Grandma Nora's 100th birthday party
Sunday: Ramsey's Homecoming... blessing Pace... (my parents are having a little luncheon at their house after and as soon as we are done eating we will head up North for the funeral. All of Jon's siblings will be down so we will spend some time with them.
Monday: Grandma's viewing
Tuesday: Grandma's funeral (head for home soon after the funeral is done)
Wednesday - Sunday: California and Sea World (we will be in desperate need of a vacation by this point)
This is where I am very very grateful that we bought our car. We will get a lot of use out of it in the next week.
***On a happier note. JT stood up in the middle of the floor last night and decided that he is going to start to try and walk. Isn't it funny how kids have a mind of their own. I have been practicing with him today and he will definitely let me know when he is not interested. :)

I'm sorry about your grandmother-in-law. That's never fun business.
Congrats on the new car. Alex is converting a Geo Tracker to electric in our garage, so I can't wait for it to be done.
